RE/MAX Property collects and processes the following personal data through its microsite:

4. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing personal data consists of:

Personal data is processed with automated and non-automated tools, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency as provided by the GDPR. RE/MAX Property adopts appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in accordance with current regulatory provisions.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (Art. 15-22 GDPR)

Currently, RE/MAX Property has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it does not fall within the mandatory cases provided by the GDPR.
